Hello Shackelford family, my name is Roy Moore, Assistant Principal.  I am so excited to be a new edition to Shackelford Elementary.  I come to the Waxahachie ISD with 8 years experience as an educator, the majority of those years were in the  Desoto ISD.  In addition to being new to the district, I am also a new resident of Ellis County.  Now that you know a little about me, I look forward to meeting you and establishing a productive partnership with you to ensure your child's success at our school.  I am committed to our theme of "Engaging all families" therefore, I encourage you to stop by to meet and visit with me when you are on campus.
