EDUCATIONAL PHILOSOPHY

I am an energetic and creative professional who believes that all children are capable of success.  I believe that each child deserves instruction that stimulates all five senses and instills a sense of wonder as well as a desire for more knowledge.

PERSONAL

I am a native Texan, but was fortunate to grow up all over the US as the daughter of  an Air Force officer.  I attended Texas A&M where I met the love of my life, Ryder Appleton (WHS class of 1991).  My in-laws are Mr. & Mrs. Ron Appleton, retired educators and longtime residents of Waxahachie.  Ryder and I are the proud parents of a 6 year old daughter & a 9 year old son.  We are active members of our church, and enjoy spending time on the family farm.
